What we collect
When you create an account or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your display name and MSP context (company size, role, operating model). We collect standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and analytics purposes.
How we use your information
Your email is used to send the content you subscribe to and transactional messages (password resets, account notices). Your MSP profile is used to personalise resource recommendations and cohort comparisons on MSPBench. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Cookies and tracking
We use first-party cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics are collected via a privacy-respecting provider that does not fingerprint visitors or share data with ad networks.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@mspoutpost.com. We will respond within 30 days. Subscribers may unsubscribe in one click from any email we send.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter and posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of MSPOutpost after changes constitutes acceptance.
