Acceptance
By accessing MSPOutpost, MSPBriefing, or MSPBench (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Permitted use
You may access Platform content for your own professional purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or systematically scrape content. You may share links freely. Templates and scripts carry a licence for use within your own MSP business — redistribution or resale requires written permission.
User contributions
If you submit content (answers, reviews, forum posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and distribute it. You retain ownership. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community standards, is inaccurate, or exposes third-party confidential information.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Content on the Platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. We make no warranty that any tool, template, or calculator is suitable for your specific situation. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MSPOutpost Ltd is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and thereafter through binding arbitration.
